I was offered this job while living in Tampa and relocated to Cincinnati to take the position.
� Perform day-to-day technical duties for the office, including individual PC updates, virus protection, troubleshooting technical problems, and training employees on new and existing software programs � Training employees on all Microsoft products in use within the office - this includes Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. � Administrate internal network o Assist in implementation of Dell PowerEdge - Windows SBS Exchange server o Assist in implementation and data migration of new SQL Server 2005 application o Network security, passwords, user accounts and monitoring email limits � Maintain and update large candidate database � Researched, suggested, and implemented the use of new/updated recruiting software and was placed in charge of all duties surrounding the use of the software. This included installation, customization, security access, employee training, restructuring of current website, and overall maintenance of job boards and accessibility. � Perform intensive front-line searches and pre-qualify job candidates for positions � In charge of all job posting and tracking; determine when additional postings must be purchased based on accurate tracking system which I created � Assist in all clerical duties including phone calls, data entry, and the creation of formal business documents � Perform recruiting duties including cold calling, screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews to determine job qualifications � In charge of mass email marketing campaign for barcoding in which I was required to determine email addresses for approximately 2000+ top-level executives and hiring authorities - many of these addresses had to be determined through extensive website searching and calling in to companies � Began a researcher network throughout the MRI franchise system - located other internet researchers, currently moderate discussions/email correspondence, and make suggestions to Corporate to begin an IR training program � Contributed to development of curriculum for IR training sessions at regional conferences; asked to moderate /assist in training at these sessions � Contribute ideas and aid in creating new graphics for business marketing materials - |
